• Repossession

3. Default

You are in default if:

• You miss payments 
• Provide false information 
• Fail to maintain insurance 

4. Repossession Rights

Select 1 Auto Sales LLC reserves the right to:

• Repossess the vehicle without notice (as allowed by Florida law) 
• Charge repossession and recovery fees 

5. Arbitration Clause

• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration 
• Customer waives the right to a jury trial 

6. Limitation of Liability

Select 1 Auto Sales LLC is not responsible for:

• Mechanical failures after purchase 
• Indirect or incidental damages 

7. Electronic Signatures
